How is this done?
You will be shown how to take advantage of several consumer credit laws. They include The Equal Opportunity Act, Privacy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair Debt Reporting Act.  These were passed by Congress in the 1960's to help assure consumers the right of privacy regarding how and what is reported by credit reporting agencies.  Don't worry, we show you step by step how to succeed.

Is it legal?
Yes, absolutely! The Federal Government enacted these laws for the purpose of protecting consumers against the intrusions of creditors, credit bureaus, and collectors.

Can I remove student loans, bankruptcy, tax liens, judgments, inquiries, etc.?
Yes, virtually any item can be removed.

Can I remove any type of negative information, even if it is correct?
The answer is YES!    Actually, any item can be challenged, you do not have to prove anything; the Credit Bureau must do research to determine the authenticity of it's report or else they must delete the item... all within 30 days. This is a federal law!  Remember you can do it yourself.

Why do you hear so much about credit repair "cannot" work?
Creditors and credit bureaus spend huge amounts of money to get this idea across to the public.  They realize this is the only way to keep control.  If you notice, these statements are usually made by creditors and credit bureaus.  If the process wasn't working, why would they spend so much money trying to deter you from this effort. Recently these credit bureaus were heavily fined for not responding to customers requests.

We'll show you how to get their attention.
In January 2000,  the credit bureaus were fined $2.5 Million Dollars
for failing to comply with the law.
"millions of callers received a busy signal or a message asking them to call back later, while many who did get through were kept on hold for long periods. Equifax and Trans Union also were said to have blocked calls from some sites."

Why do some negatives remain on my report for 7 to 10 years?
That's because they drop off 7 to 10 years from the last reported date.  If a creditor re-reports an account at any time prior to it dropping off the report, it remains 7 to 10 years from this new date, meaning a creditor can virtually keep a negative account on your report indefinitely as there is no limit to the number of times they can re-report.

Do I have to pay off my debts?
If you owe someone, our program will do nothing about that and we do not advocate non-payment of debts.  That is totally between you and your creditors.  Our only objective is to show you how to remove the negatives and inaccuracies from your credit reports.

Won't the negative item be re-reported?
You remove items permanently.  On rare occasions, the item might be re-reported and go on your report again. If so you you can follow the procedure to remove it a second time.
